The story nobody tells you

In January 2023 I was laid off. I went straight into fractional work , which sounds like the right move. It was. Except I underpriced my first role. Significantly.

In 30 days I drove a 238% sales increase for that client. I rebuilt their broken sales operation from the ground up. I worked harder than I had worked in years. And I was being paid a third of what the person before me had made.

I did not know that at the time. I found out later. And when I did, it did not make me angry at the client. It made me honest with myself about why I had let it happen.

The belief that was costing me everything

I had been programmed , by corporate, by society, by years of being told to be grateful , to believe I was not worth more. That I had to prove myself before I could ask for what I was worth. That pricing high was arrogant. That asking for referral fees was tacky. That selling was something that happened to people, not something I did with them.

Those beliefs were running my business. And they were costing me , not just money, but the freedom I had left corporate to find.

Then my mother died. And the day after she died, I was fired.

I rebuilt from scratch. Again. But this time I understood what had to change first , not my offers, not my LinkedIn headline, not my pricing spreadsheet. My beliefs about what I was worth and what I was allowed to ask for.

Why I coach the way I do

I have been inside every version of the fractional struggle. The underpricing. The feast and famine. The not knowing where the next client is coming from. The working harder than you ever did at a W-2 and still feeling like you are starting over.

I also know what the other side looks like. And I know the exact gap between those two places , because I have crossed it myself and I have helped over one hundred fractional leaders cross it too.

What I do that almost no one else does is start with the invisible. The beliefs running in the background that make you pull your punch every time you go to build your business. Until you name them and change them, every framework, every tactic, and every strategy will feel like pushing water uphill.

I make the invisible visible. And then we build.

My background

I have fifteen years of operations experience across retail, startups, nonprofits, and scaling companies. I have worked with Seed to Series B companies fixing the operational foundations that founders build their growth on. I have driven a 238% sales increase in 30 days, improved gross margin by 68 points in four months, and built operational systems that made businesses run without their founders.

I am also the creator of The Fractional Launch Lab , a 10-week 1:1 coaching program for experienced leaders building sustainable fractional businesses , and The Fractional Reset , a 4-week intensive for established fractionals who are stuck.
